Job DescriptionThe Realogy Procurement team works in close partnership with the business units (BUs) and Brands within Realogy and supports functions to identify and execute opportunities to manage expenses through strategic sourcing, demand management, process reengineering, & supplier management. Job Summary: The Sourcing Manager in this role will perform the following responsibilities:Manage/Identify a pipeline of sourcing projects and their related services with category focus on marketing, managed services, and/or professional services.Support to marketing and business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that optimize total cost of ownership, improve supplier performance, and reduce risk within the category [focus on XX].Create competitive opportunities within the marketplace by leveraging various resources (e.g., benchmarking/advisory companies, professional associations) and using RFIs, and/or RFPs.Lead rigorous analysis of spend data (should-cost modeling, cost benefit analysis, total cost of ownership) and industry dynamics (supply, demand, competition) to identify savings opportunities and prioritize procurement initiatives.Develop and deliver presentations on the opportunities, best practices, and issues for alignment and management approval.Act as the liaison across all process stakeholders including Business, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec.Monitor supplier performance and manage ongoing supplier relationships, including conformity to contract performance, resolution of payment disputes and activity related to critical dates (extensions, renewals, price adjustments, etc.).Prepare supporting documentation for sourcing projects- Comply with, and complete in a timely manner all due diligence and approval tasks required in conjunction with the Brand/BU to enable contract execution. Track financial performance of each spend subcategory and define budgetary impacts including actuals, budgeted, and unbudgeted savings.Prepare purchase order requests where applicable.Act as an advocate and a trusted advisor to Brand/BU colleagues; andIdentify continuous process improvements and maintain an awareness of latest buying techniques, tools, trends, relevant regulations, and market competitiveness information.
