Software Tester (Partial remote working) required to join one of the UK's leading suppliers of legal services to the insurance industry. The Software Tester will join at a very exciting time with a wide range of ongoing projects to get involved with including artificial intelligence, and third party integrations with major suppliers including WhatsApp and new document conversion tools being added. The Software Tester is a highly valued department within the business as they are a crucial Part to the full software development life cycle.
As a Software Tester you'll be creating your own test plans and executing them to agreed project deadlines. You'll also be creating user cases for feasibility testing. You'll be working closely with your team members and colleagues from other departments within the business to understand the business process' better as well as the testing requirements. You'll be following protocol when it comes to documenting full testing results as well as supporting the provision of reporting into the business. You'll also have the opportunity to work on multiple projects at any one time.
The software tester will ideally have previous experience testing software either manually or creating automated tests, be detailed orientated and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills which will help when taking down requirements.
