Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a compelling narrative of the C21 Brand through well-crafted, multi-platform content that effectively connects and tells our story. #OWNIT
  • Develop and execute creative content in support of the Content Marketing team for use on social, digital, and internal networks. This can include website redesigns, niche market social content, and email templates.

  • Progress the national and local social presence for the C21 Brand. Nationally, you will fine-tune the creative and identify ways to make the biggest impact for the brand. Locally, you will develop creative to help drive usage of our content for affiliates to establish a compelling social presence in their local marketplace.

  • Establish strong relationships with brand leadership and affiliates to support content needs. Identify opportunities to leverage the leadership voices in our network to showcase how the C21 Brand delivers extraordinary experiences around the world.

  • Contribute to the editorial content calendar to meet business objectives, ensure deadlines are met.

  • Develop, edit, and execute content in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Monthly data analysis and tracking of content to better inform the direction of the strategy.

  • Collaborate across function and teams to deliver effectively on the brand strategy.

  • Drive optimization, test different strategies, and deliver incremental improvements to best align with brand goals.

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience, visual storytelling, or related field.

  • Accomplished, diverse background in video, that includes pre-production, concepting/storyboards, scripting, design, set management, set lighting, and shooting in different environments.

  • Has an eye for modern aesthetics, strong visual sense of the best types of content for different mediums, a good pulse on creative trends.

  • Proven, advanced experience with digital editing software (the Adobe creative suite, Avid Media Composer, Media Encoder, Final Cut Pro).

  • Proficient with motion graphics, motion tracking, color correction, sound design and video compression.

  • Training in graphic design and editing/color correction.

  • Ability to toggle between high level, long-term strategies and ground-level, short-term tasks effortlessly.

  • A demonstrated track record of setting, meeting, and exceeding performance KPIs & goals. Conversant in media measurement and analytics.

  • Experience working with data and applying learnings.

  • Project management skills, understanding of how to manage priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment with a focus on delivery of results in the form of engagement.

  • Knowledge of different content planning and creation processes, knowing how and when to best apply them.

  • Management of external content storage and access to key stakeholders.

  • Highly collaborative, strong team player that works well with all internal cross functional teams as well as external agencies.

  • Proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, take initiative and ownership.

  • Responsive to demands from multiple stakeholder groups and able to understand and balance those perspectives.

  • Invest, track, and maintain production equipment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communication, Graphic Design, cinematography, Journalism, or related.
