Let's build something great together.In this role, you will be responsible for advancing the top business priorities of the diagnostics business unit by working cross functionally across Truepill and with external partners. You will be specifically responsible for developing the strategy and managing the execution for diagnostics offerings targeting the Payer and Health Plan market. You will work directly with and report to the VP & GM, Diagnostics.What You'll Be Doing:Work cross functionally to define the diagnostics business unit's Payer and Health Plan strategy while ensuring alignment with other business unitsInternal subject-matter expert on the diagnostics market trends, competitive landscape, emerging opportunities, technology and healthcare policy impacting the diagnostics business unit's Payer and Health Plan strategy Support Business Development and Sales in scoping, pitching, and problem solving while evaluating and closing new dealsWork cross functionally to operationalize new programs (0 - 1)Partner with Product to outline product and services strategy for the diagnostics business unitLead strategic initiatives/special projects that are critical to the diagnostic business unit's goalsDefine and track KPIs and metrics required to manage the day-to-day operations of the diagnostics business unitWe're Looking for Someone With:8+ years of experience within management consulting, strategy, business operations or product managementPrior experience working with Payers and Health plans is required. Experience specifically with Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, MCOs, value-based care arrangements, Quality programs, and STARS/HEDIS is a plus. MBA or Master's degree strongly preferredSolid stakeholder management skills, both for internal and external stakeholders and comfort presenting to senior leadershipPrior healthcare industry experience in a high-growth or early stage start-up is required and experience in the diagnostics space preferred>Truepill is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
