We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, prototype a new feature, iterate on a spec, analyze usage data, and pair with an engineer on implementation. We have ultimate responsibility for understanding our customer needs, influencing business strategy, defining capabilities, and working with engineering to develop our software.As a Sr. Product Manager for the IC Cloud Services team, you will be responsible for building capabilities that will transform the construction industry. You will work with our customers and partners to define our capabilities and validate the product value. You will work across several different Autodesk divisions to align and coordinate developing capabilities that connect our most important products and services. You will work with development, experience design, marketing and research to develop and deliver our roadmap. You will work with strategic customers to support integration and drive adoption and you will work with marketing to develop go to market and launch plans for our new offerings. ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute IC Cloud Services capabilities, partnering closely with other product teams to support the broader ecosystem across AutodeskBecome an expert in productization for construction including how it will impact industrialized construction, prefabrication, fabrication and manufacturing and more - to identify new opportunities, prioritize features, and help our customers succeed with our productsExplore and leverage new technologies - automation, interactive design methods, generative methods, and PaaS, to provide new solutions to complex customer problemsCollaborate with the team, design and engineering partners, and other product leads to develop overall product vision, strategy, and roadmapWork with researchers, customers, and internal experts to identify customer challenges and validate solution valueCommunicate and collaborate with partner teams and other stakeholders to build consensus and drive capability deliveryPartner with engineering, design, and marketing on initiatives, product requirements, development, launch, and adoptionPresent the product vision, strategy, demos, and learnings to leadership, stakeholders, partner product teams, and the broader organizationMinimum Qualifications6+ years of product management experienceDemonstrated ability to discover, define, develop, launch, and analyze new features or productsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - interface with our customers as well as internal stakeholders: fellow product managers, product designers, engineers, sales, consulting, customer success, training, and product marketingPassion for solving our customers' problems in the construction spaceEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong data-driven arguments, prioritize with business strategy in mind, and evangelize projects to build consensus within an organizationAbility to drive projects forward within a large organization with distributed teams across the worldPreferred QualificationsExperience with product management for CAD software and/or API driven SaaS solutionsExperience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering or production management, prefabrication for constructionFamiliarity with Autodesk Inventor, Revit, Dynamo, and/or ForgeExperience working at an enterprise software company building SaaS productsExperience in the construction industry or on construction productsAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
