Day to Day:



This Director will be responsible for working hand in hand with clients and customers selling data and the findings behind the company's technology. Their ultimate goal is to hunt new business and displace the competitor by selling our data over the other company. They will be a hunter so need to be strong with relationship building, penetrating new business and leads, while also having a personable/sales personality. The goal of this person is to understand the analytics, present it to the client and help them in their business decisions. It is expected that this individual is comfortable speaking and presenting to customer and their director level employees. It is necessary that this person is solution-oriented, strong in analytics and is able to provide strategic direction to the customer. 80% of their time will be penetrating and finding new business where the other 20% will be starting to maintain clients/manage them as they start to manage a book of business. They should expect to work with roughly 60 clients that are medium sized ranging from 1 mill-1 billion in size

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:



Needs to have sales experience especially in a hunter role where they were actively seeking out and calling on new business- aggressive in nature and proven success

10-12+ years in a client service role: ability to work/present to customers at director+ level in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry

Analytical mindset and past roles where he/she is working with data, creating insights around it and then storytelling to customer. They NEED to have experience working with syndicated data with companies like IRI, NielsenIQ, Numerator, or SPINS

This person should be a self-starter, extremely motivated and comfortable operating in an environment with not much direction. They want them to be a go-getter and not be someone that likes to be mico-managed

Creative and critical thinking skills

MS office (Excel, PP) and any data visualization tools is a plus
