The Role

The purpose of this role is to drive the digital performance for Legends, managing spend and revenue targets across all paid channels with a focus on PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social and Display.

With an eye on short term trading, and long-term business objectives, you will manage the internal performance marketing to deliver against multiple targets (spend, CPA, revenue) – driving a strong commercial ethos throughout the team.

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Director of digital marketing, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Deliver digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels including Display, Paid Social, SEM, and Affiliates
  • Campaign setup
  • Cross channel budget management
  • Developing an acquisition strategy that is in line with overall business targets
  • Deliver extraordinary campaigns by partnering with our in-house Creative Department
  • Analyze channel and campaign performance to deliver the best results for our clients
  • Work in collaboration with the trading and CRM teams to maximize conversion rates and retain and grow our customer base

  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of digital performance marketing with a focus on new user/customer acquisition
  • Highly analytical, data driven and obsession with delivering continuous improvement in marketing performance, ROAS and CPA
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders including C-suite executives
  • Excellent project management skills including prioritization and planning
  • Self-starter who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity and change
  • Familiarity navigating digital media platforms such as Google Marketing platform (SA360, Display & Video 360) and Facebook Ads Manage
  • Knowledge of Sports industry
  • Account management or similar relationship management experience required.
  • Experienced in creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI and conversion rates
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects
  • Genuine passion for affiliates and online marketing
  • Fluent English - both written and spoken (further languages a benefit)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
