RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is looking for several Remote Customer Service Representatives on a long-term temporary basis in Fort Worth, Texas (TX). Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for phone customer service for a retail environment. The Customer Service Rep will also be responsible for order entry and order management. Candidates must be local but will be working remote.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work remote
  • Bilingual a plus
