Work from Home- Customer Service Representative - Tucson
We are seeking Work from Home, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) positions. Requirements outlined below. Our client works with about 450 different utility partners and they send mailers to customers to sign up whether they be a new customer or existing customer. Our agents receive calls to assist customers with selling customers new service or upgrading a service. These calls may be from a call who received a mailer and wants to sign up, someone who has heard from a friend and wants to sign up, or someone calling in with an issue unrelated to sales. Our agents also receive billing calls and are expected to take care of the billing issue and then turn it into a sale and/or upgrade.
