Work from Home- Customer Service Representative - Tucson

  • We are seeking Work from Home, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) positions. Requirements outlined below. Our client works with about 450 different utility partners and they send mailers to customers to sign up whether they be a new customer or existing customer. Our agents receive calls to assist customers with selling customers new service or upgrading a service. These calls may be from a call who received a mailer and wants to sign up, someone who has heard from a friend and wants to sign up, or someone calling in with an issue unrelated to sales. Our agents also receive billing calls and are expected to take care of the billing issue and then turn it into a sale and/or upgrade.

  • $12.50 – $14.00 per hour based on experience

  • Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls to assist with the sales of a home warranty.
  • Politely and defiantly answer any questions for the caller while offering upgrades or add-ons to the existing service.
  • Accurately document customer account in client systems
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Customer service oriented with customers and team members (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of stable customer service experience (call center, food service, hospitality, or retail)
  • HS Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Flexibility in working schedule (shifts vary by client and require at least one weekend day)
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes and procedures
  • Criminal record check required. No drug test needed.
  • Work from Home Requirements

  • Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours.
  • Landline Phone: Not required
  • Internet: Wireless and Wifi not permitted.
  • Internet Speeds: Minimum 10MBPS download/ 5 MBPS upload
  • Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required
