Salesforce Technical Lead Salary: USD $150,000 - $200,000 / yr Addison, TX, US remote Qualification: • 8 plus years' of Salesforce Development experience • 5 plus years in a consulting environment • Required knowledge Platform Developer 1, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant • Extensive background in Salesforce development • Understanding of overall Lightning architecture is a must • Knowledge of development languages, scripts, and frameworks including, but not limited to Java, AJAX, REST, SOAP, PHP, XML, DHTML,JavaScript, CSS, and JavaScript libraries • Ability to interpret business requirements and to estimate overall work for one or more applications with multiple deliverables • Experience aligning business requirements with design specifications • Extensive knowledge of database management systems: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or other databases with SQL coding experience • Exposure to Public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Apps is a plus • Diverse industry experience Roles & Responsibilities: • The SFDC Technical Lead will deliver Salesforce solution definition, implementation, customization, integration, and managed services for customer: Responsibilities • Demonstrate understanding of business drivers and how they influence the Salesforce design • Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes • Leverage understanding of business drivers for professional services projects when defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to business processes • Demonstrate understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, including classic interface as it pertains to Apex and VF and the Lightning interface as it pertains to Lightning components, JavaScript styles and how they're related • Business processes - Strong business acumen to understand all aspect s of the businesses including marketing, sales, operations/fulfillment, accounting, inventory, product development/management, etc. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platform; stay up-to date on new SFDC products • Participate in the creation and documentation of end-user requirements of new and/or existing customer application implementation projects • Create and maintain system related documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, data maps, configuration worksheets, etc. • Establish and build a rapport with clients throughout the project lifecycle to identify areas of future business • Ensure timely delivery of committed services with a consideration of customer satisfaction with ability to handle client escalations • Develop complex workflows and assignment rules to automate manual processes • Validate the development and configuration work to ensure it meets the project's criteria • Work with Executive Leadership in establishing project estimates and milestones • Candidate should have strong communication skillsKP RECRUITING GROUP KP Recruiting Group was started to create a world-wide network of multi-level, highly skilled talent; that are either experts or working to become one, in their respective fields.
