As a Senior Business Process Analyst on this team, you will work with a team that designs, analyzes, performs and executes business processes related to ensuring eligibility data is accurately and efficiently processed for Medicare Part-D Dual Special Needs (DSNP) members. While you're busy helping us change the landscape of health care, you've got to be able to quickly adapt to change in a fluid environment. It's all about quality reporting, analysis and audits and developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement. You'll also be challenged to gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders before presenting solutions to senior leadership.

Positions in this function are responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes. Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review the work of others, develop innovative approaches, develop, and mentor staff
  • Assist in the resolution and root-cause analysis of day-to-day eligibility and enrollment issues
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule according to quality standards
  • Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
  • Create quality reporting, analysis, and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement
  • Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience in writing business and/or system requirements and business/finance analysis in a healthcare business
  • 3+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices
  • Team lead or project implementation experience
  • Demonstrated experience related to benefits, eligibility or Coordination of Benefits (COB)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Live within commutable distance to Horsham, PA
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy benefits management (PBM) or health care operations
  • Knowledge of Medicare Part D drug coverage requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Access, SharePoint, and Visio

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
