The CCC division of Experian is a rapidly growing leader in HR and Payroll solutions for employers. With its core competency in Unemployment Tax Management and Income and Employment Verification Solutions, CCC has quadrupled in size since 2010 and continues to add new clients who are looking for the best practices in these areas of concentration.
What You'll Be Doing
The Business Development Specialist (BDS) is responsible for contacting prospective clients and determining the key decision-makers within an organization. The BDS will find the decision-maker within an organization and explain all CCC's services. They will follow up via e-mail and phone to provide the prospect with any additional information. The ultimate goal of the BDS is to set an introductory call between the prospect and our VP of Sales. The BDS is the first impression many companies will have of Corporate Cost Control; therefore, it is critical that this person is friendly and professional. Since we are selling a service, the BDS must follow our strict protocol for excellent customer service at all times.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
The BDS will be fully immersed in a fast-paced sales environment. Although most of the work will involve telephone and email prospecting, CCC will expose the BDS to all facets of the sales process.
