Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting customers in implementing, expanding, and upgrading the Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions system, including providing best-practice consultation to achieve customer's business objectives while striving to meet documented measures of success and return on investment criteria.

Job responsibilities:

  • Performs current state and future state operational analysis, which is used to assist in building the customer's business processes, consistent with Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions.
  • System functionality.
  • Assists the customer in designing, training, testing and implementing the Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions system.
  • Assists customers with developing system test plans in preparation for go-live events.
  • Performs Operational Optimization Assessment for customer's live on Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions.
  • Provides both on-site and remote go-live event support.Provides subject matter expert escalation for Technical Support Team on questions regarding Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions functionality and business processes.

Job requirements:


Education Preferred:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.


Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and/or administering ChartMaxx and/or Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions.

Other:

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project
  • Must be willing to travel 50-75%.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously
  • Ability to provide one-on-one consultative customer training
  • Basic understanding of business process design principles, business process management tools and workflow automation design skills
