Remote Call Center Representative
Equipment provided to work remote, must be local to Boise, Idaho.
Pay rate:
$13.00/hr.
Paid weekly.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Service Rep is responsible for providing administrative, clerical and customer service support to the Idaho Employment and Training Project.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: HS diploma, GED or equivalent certification

Skills/Experience required:
Minimum one (1) year customer service experience;
Minimum one (1) year clerical or administrative experience;
Ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff, customers and subcontractors;
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel;
Ability to use database management programs;
Ability to establish relationships with employers and community groups;
Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse populations;
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment;
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, working as a team member, as well as independently

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates multi-line phone system, answers incoming telephone calls and performs
other clerical duties proficiently and professionally;
Responds to needs, questions and concerns of internal and external customers;
Maintains a positive, clean, and friendly environment in the office;
Enters data into software programs and creates and maintains programmatic reports, including notations on case files;
Complies with current and updated policy and procedures;
Responds to emails, phone calls and voicemail routinely throughout the day;
Provides administrative assistance to internal and external customers;
Performs other duties as may be assigned by management
