Job Description

This is an exciting new role on a growing marketing team making big changes to the way ReedGroup engages with prospects and clients. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing, and join a small, international team of dedicated, creative, and passionate marketing and communications professionals. You will build processes and a tech stack that support revenue growth and retention at ReedGroup by overseeing tools, data, automation, and integrations for our team. You’ll use your previous experiences with diverse approaches to B2B marketing to work cross-functionally to support the development and launch of demand-generation and ABM-style campaigns. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in marketing who manage our content, SEO, campaigns, and social media. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will

  • Own end-to-end marketing operations for ReedGroup.
  • Own our current marketing technology stack (the center of our stack is WordPress and Marketo; our CRM is Salesforce, but it’s administered by Sales; we’re adding SalesIntel by year-end.)
  • Be the primary point of contact for and indirectly manage our WordPress developer (located in India)
  • Recommend a roadmap for the marketing technology infrastructure for the next 1-3 years and work with appropriate internal and external resources to advocate for, and ultimately implement new tools needed to facilitate the development of our 1-to-many account-based marketing (ABM) strategy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to set up and scale ABM and demand generation marketing campaigns (including emails, webinars, events, paid, etc.) using Marketo (our landing pages are built in WordPress), focusing on technical development, testing, execution, tracking and refinement. You’ll advise our senior campaign manager on ABM campaign frameworks and help us establish best practices.
  • Optimize emails for deliverability, open rates, conversion, etc.
  • Manage prospect-to-lead scoring, lead tracking, providing analysis of prospect and lead tracking in partnership with sales and marketing, ensuring that quality leads are passed to sales.
  • In partnership with our senior campaign manager, monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, campaigns, activities, and projects as they relate to company objectives, surfacing key insights and recommendations to help inform our marketing strategy and tactical mix
  • Own some elements of our reporting, including reports and dashboards on the impact of marketing activities on the business (pipeline generated/influenced), and provide insights and recommendations for optimization, in collaboration with your colleagues
  • Identify improvements to grow the marketing database, establish data integrity and governance of best practices
  • Manage 1-2 interns starting in 2022, and develop talent internally to grow our ABM, technical and demand generation capabilities.
  • Qualifications

    You have

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience will be considered)
  • 4 - 8 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B, with at least 2 years in marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience with account-based marketing
  • Advanced understanding of Marketo (admin experience required). General knowledge of Salesforce and data integrations.
  • Experience deploying and measuring multi-touch attribution a strong plus
  • Agile marketing background a plus
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Great at collaborating with other functions and teams
  • Comfortable functioning on a small team within a large, multicultural, international organization
  • Energetic, well-organized, team players with a passion for results and measurement are the people we are looking for
  • You must have dedicated, functioning space in which to work from home, including a stable internet connection (we provide the computer and monitor, keyboard, headset, and mouse)
  • Location

  • Remote – WFH Flexibility
  • Our promise

  • Through skill-building, leadership development and philanthropic opportunities, we provide opportunities to build communities and grow your career, surrounded by diverse colleagues with high ethical standards.
  • We offer

  • Meaningful and challenging work opportunities to accelerate innovation in a secure and compliant way.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Excellent medical, dental, supplemental health, life and vision coverage for you and your dependents with no wait period.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • A great 401(k) with company match.
  • Tuition assistance paid parental leave and backup family care.
  • Dynamic, modern work environments that promote collaboration and creativity to develop and empower talent.
  • Flexible time off, dress code, and work location policies to balance your work and life in the ways that suit you best.
  • Employee Resource Groups that advocate for inclusion and diversity in all that we do.
  • Social responsibility in all aspects of our work. We volunteer within our local communities, create educational alliances with colleges, drive a variety of initiatives in sustainability.
