Position Summary

Huron is seeking a mid-level Sourcer who’s ready to advance to world class: reporting to one of the world’s noted pioneers of recruiting research / sourcing and frequent industry conference presenter, Glenn Gutmacher, you will primarily conduct online candidate/prospect research, electronic outreach, phone screens and other special sourcing projects for the enterprise, focusing on consulting and technical roles in the US and Canada. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the attraction of the best possible talent to meet business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for building/maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting initial candidate conversations, and limited subsequent interview scheduling, and serving as the primary initial contact for candidates promoting a strong employment brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, this position gathers market and talent intelligence and works closely with our internal teams and the business leaders to understand competitive trends, provide metrics and status reports as needed, and manage stakeholders’ expectations. As your skills grow, you will have the opportunity to present specialty topics on methods and tools as part of Huron’s sourcing community of practice.

Sourcing Associates for experienced hire recruitment support Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Managers and Directors to execute proactive talent sourcing campaigns to recruit top passive talent for pipeline and high priority hiring needs. In this role, you will use your organizational skills and research expertise to target companies and respective talent profiles to ensure that Huron is successful in attracting and hiring top passive talent.

In this role you will provide relevant market, competitor and talent intelligence; deliver comprehensive and innovative sourcing strategies that provide a competitive advantage to the business; execute effective sourcing campaign management to ensure success in reaching the desired talent market; effectively assess basic experience while selling the Huron brand to build a qualified talent pool; and record your activity and data via Huron’s tools and technology.

This role requires the highest level of customer service, integrity and ethical standards, and interest in working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment while also exercising appropriate autonomy when needed to meet job requirements.

Qualifications

POSITION EXPECTATIONS:

Associates on the Talent Acquisition team are required to demonstrate a high level of performance in the following:

•Client Management

oBe recognized by your clients as a research and sourcing expert by consistently delivering quality results on project requirements

oProvide a consistent level of communication and relevant data points keeping your clients informed of priorities, activity, results, and other intelligence learned through sourcing efforts

•Strategic Sourcing

oExecute sourcing strategies for each client and/or assigned search, effectively managing multiple priorities with successful outcomes

oBuild and sustain the appropriate volume of pre-qualified candidate pipeline that will successfully meet hiring requirements

oExpert in a variety of web-based tools to perform research resulting in the identification of a complete list of target organizations and talent profiles.

oEffectively manage sourcing campaigns that produce a steady volume of qualified candidates that have been screened and are interested in continued discussions with Huron. Manage an appropriate number of outreach/calls to newly sourced candidates.

oFor priority searches it is expected that candidates are followed up with 5 times over the course of 2 weeks through a defined sourcing campaign

oLeverage resources and be mindful of Huron’s expectations to generate a diverse slate of candidates for each search

•Communication and Executive Disposition

oCommunicate effectively (written, verbal and presentation) to a variety of audiences

oHigh sense of priority and attention to accuracy, detail, and thoroughness

oRepresent Huron Healthcare with poise, professionalism and confidence

oCommunicate effectively with all levels of client management, stakeholders, and recruiting colleagues

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree required in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in complex internet research and sourcing in professional services, recruiting agency, or other complex company environment with high volume recruiting and/or niche sourcing requirements

•Solid experience with common sourcing methods including Google x-ray (site: search), Boolean syntax, LinkedIn Recruiter and paid job board CV databases

•Articulate writer of compelling messaging templates to attract passive North America-based talent

•Outstanding time management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Requirements:

Experience

•Highly proficient in web-based research to build and organize market, competitive, and talent intelligence

•Proficiency and comfort being on the phone to network, identify talent, and successfully articulate the Huron brand to recruit top talent

•Full-cycle recruiting experience within professional services with experience interacting with business stakeholders

•Comfortable with warm-to-cold calling and articulate on the phone in building rapport with and eliciting key information from passive talent

•Hands-on exposure to lesser-known sourcing methods such as webscraping, diversity search, people profile aggregator search tools, etc.

•Change agility and strong attention to detail in order to oversee multiple priorities, drive desired results and maintains client and team satisfaction

Skills

•Proficiency in MS Office programs and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), recruiting CRMs (Huron uses Avature) and ATS Technology (adding Workday)

•Exceptional organizational skills to manage data, sourcing campaigns, and create client-ready deliverables and reports on research, sourcing activity and results

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail to create client-ready candidate briefs, sourcing status reports, and other communications
