The Business Analyst, Client Accounts is responsible for providing analytical support, identifies opportunities for future solutions, and completes regular business reviews with clients to maximize revenue potential.
Under the supervision of the Sr Manager, Client Accounts, the person will ensure that clients maintain a high level of satisfaction with the services and products that Inmar delivers.

Analytical (70%)

  • Utilize strong product knowledge and account management experience to manage complex issues and resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Develop and support client weekly data extracts, including ad-hoc requests and regular reporting to track and measure enhancements, contractual metrics, product processing
  • Regularly identify, compile, and manipulate data to complete root-cause analyses and answer client questions
  • Develop processes for data validation and accuracy to ensure product is being processed per customer standard operating procedure
  • Review and analyze customer data to provide forecasting trends
  • Create regular Business Reviews including statistical data and present it to customers during a wide audience presentation
  • Recommend and lead process improvement projects and participate in departmental continuous improvement opportunities
  • Operational (30%)

  • Maintain relationships with clients through an effective conference cycle, monitor deadlines, and identify barriers to success.
  • Manage administrative functions essential to partnerships (reporting, invoicing, etc.)
  • Develop and conduct webinar or in person training sessions with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate effective time management with the ability to prioritize and manage competing requests with tight timelines
  • Collaborate with Information Technology teammates to analyze system improvement opportunities, assist with development of requirement documents, perform user acceptance testing, and coordinate implementation
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, or related discipline.
  • 1-3 Years of related work experience (specific industry knowledge a plus)
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite (mainly excel such as pivot tables, aggregate functions, logic functions, etc.) in order to analyze and present data
  • Proficient with G-Suite
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Incorta, Qlik, or Tableau a plus
  • Beginner with Salesforce.com
  • Prior experience working with diverse teams preferred
  • 25% annual travel required
