What you will do


He/she will develop digital marketing strategies for the Johnson Controls “Blue” Marketing team, supporting three Product Business Units (BUs): Controls, Digital Solutions and Service Solutions. You will manage global product brand websites, email marketing, search engine marketing, programmatic and social advertising, and marketing automation. The Digital Marketing Manager assists in the education and socialization of global digital marketing best practices to create awareness, drive engagement, qualify leads, and revenue attainment.

How you will do it
  • Partner with marketing managers to develop and implement global multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage product brand websites for the three Product BUs and lead project to migrate legacy websites to the Sitecore platform. 
  • Manage content for customer-facing websites and ordering platforms to drive demand.
  • Manage social media channels including providing recommendations to optimize content and monitoring, and responding to social media inquiries.
  • Oversee all digital aspects of campaign implementation including build, testing and personalization of emails, landing pages, and marketing automation programs.
  • Support the Blue Marketing team to measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and optimize end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee budget and help optimize spend on programs through management processes, vendors, and sales teams.
  • What we look for
    Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Strong digital marketing campaigns and tracking, social media, and website management.
  • Salesforce and marketing automation experience.
  • Working experience with Google Analytics - Tag Manager and Data Studio.
  • Highly customer-focused.
  • Ability to navigate a matrix-managed and geographically dispersed organization.
  • Action oriented, self-starter with commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Well versed in leveraging data in marketing automation.
  • Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding he/she from receiving the vaccine. 

  • Preferred

  • Extensive knowledge of HTML/CSS, Sitecore or Expression Engine experience.
