Position
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, the Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing the Partnerships team in ensuring successful engagement with Hollaback!’s corporate clients and other partners. The Partnerships Manager will drive the Director of Partnership’s vision and plan for the department as well as support the team in achieving successful outcomes and process management. A successful applicant will have a strong work ethic, a solutions-driven ethos, effective communication skills, self-awareness, a passion for social justice, and critical attention to detail. We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to meaningfully address harassment and a passion for bringing bystander intervention to scale through corporate and organizational partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the “front door” for the organization for people seeking to purchase training from us. Meet with a predetermined number of prospective clients to discuss Hollaback! offerings. Notes: at least 50% of the time will be spent on client engagement.
- Cross-promote our corporate accomplices and sponsorship programs to prospective clients, and elevate relevant conversations to the Partnerships Director.
- Develop, coach, and retain high-performing Partnerships team members, empowering them to elevate their level of responsibility, span of control, and job performance. Supervise 2 Partnerships Associates.
- Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the Partnership Program, including ensuring proper use of Salesforce amongst the team.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships. Oversee the development and maintenance of tracking documents.
- Conduct targeted outreach to gather data and support engagement of potential and existing partners. Identify leads and opportunities and pitch to current and potential partners.
- Review and triage incoming leads and assign clients to staff portfolios.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Liaise with the Training team to ensure effective and seamless communications.
- Prepare high-quality written materials, including reports, summaries, memoranda, briefing papers, or letters.
- Prepare presentations for both internal and external use, including pitch decks to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, quarterly conferences, and training engagements as necessary.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to sales strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Company’s current program offerings.
- Participate in regular team and staff meetings.
- Utilize programs such as Zoom, Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Hugo, Calendly, and Google Suite to manage workflow and coordinate details for training sessions.
- All other responsibilities, as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
Must have 80%
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing or similar
- Must be able to travel, nationally and internationally
- 3-5 years client-facing experience
- 3-5 years in sales or business development
- 2-3 of those years should be in a supervisory capacity
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Quick-thinker: can synthesize a great amount of information into clear takeaways and next steps
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive growth plans
- Eager to take on challenges with a sense of humor
Benefits
The salary range is $60-65K; the final salary is to be commensurate with experience. 100% remote work with some travel required.
