Essential Job Functions:

* Field SFDC/installed application requests coming from the business, product, and/or Enterprise Technology teams and triage to development/other teams as required
* Capture business requirements needed to achieve initiatives and translate requirements into detailed SFDC design specifications
* Implement SFDC administrative related tasks (including adding users, roles/profile setup, refreshes, config/setup changes, process builder, installing applications, workflows, validation rules, etc.) based on priority and urgency
* Key member involved with deployments of our maintenance and initiative releases
* Follow SDLC processes to propagate/test changes from lower env'ts to PROD
* Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance our SFDC env'ts, remove technical debt, and/or monitor when we're reaching our org limits (with respect to storage, custom fields, etc.)
* Stay current with SFDC releases, new features, etc. that would help the org
* Govern the overall SFDC changes being implemented within our env'ts - ensure there's no redundant requests being implemented and changes are maintainable and scalable (and won't add to the technical debt of our env'ts)
* Work with the development, the business, product teams, and business analysts to identify the need to re-architect our SFDC env't from a business system process and/or administration perspective
* Actively troubleshoots SFDC and installed application related problems and provides full support to all end-users
* Work with vendors (SFDC, Zuora, etc.) as required to resolve issues
* Facilitate and/or participate in daily Scrum, retrospectives, and sprint review meetings
* Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

* At minimum Salesforce administrator certification. Salesforce Certifications: ADM 201 Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Admin (301) Developer DEV 401. Salesforce Certified Consultant Sales Cloud and Service Cloud a plus.
* Minimum 3+ years of SFDC admin work-related experience required
* Bachelor's degree (preferred in Computer Science and/or MIS)
* Previous experience with Lightening, Sales, AND Service cloud required
* Ability to work independently and quickly ramp up on business processes
* Strong critical thinker who makes objective and insightful decisions in vital situations and is equally mindful of the company and customer outcomes
* Experience delivering solutions in an Agile development environment in SaaS delivery of features/functions.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to partner with technology and business to resolve issues, prioritize, and deliver customer value
* Great communicator to be able to work with the business to deliver best in class solutions
* Ability to accommodate occasional off-hour support required for deployments and/or testing
* Excellent communication (verbal and written), motivational, and presentation skills
* Strong project management skills
* Must be self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to be the voice of the user in communicating with management
* Flexible team player attitude willing to work extended hours when asked or when project needs arise
* Proficiency with MS Office suite
* Excellent analytical, business process development, and problem-solving skills
* Preferred: Pardot Certified Specialist
* Preferred: Certified Zuora Administrator
* Preferred: Experience with Salesforce.com community products
* Preferred: Experience with AppExchange Applications including Zuora, InsideSales.com, DocuSign for Salesforce, Qualtrics

Physical Demands:

Minimum physical exertion. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 5 pounds on a regular basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse.

The working conditions will vary between an office environment and a remote home environment. The ideal protected indoor work environment is a clean, non-hazardous work area. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office or remote home environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.
