Cloud Engineer/DeveloperGDIT is seeking a Cloud Engineer/Developer to support a complex federal contract that enables the delivery and maintenance of cloud capabilities and improves software development processes.We are GDIT, one of the largest IT and mission services providers to the government. This program includes cloud modernization strategy, cloud managed services, developing processes for cloud service provisioning, requirements development, and enhancing cloud capabilities to solve mission problems.The incumbent:Designs, architects, deploys and maintains cloud solutions.Analyzes customer requirements and may provide technical knowledge on cloud cluster computing techniques and technologies of moderate to high complexity.Research, evaluation, and deployment of cloud computing systems and large data analytics.Work on data integration and migration efforts, including mapping schemas and defining domain specific ontologiesDevelop large data technologies, algorithms, and applications.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.May serve as a team or task leader.
