Medalogix's products have received recognition from The Boston Globe, Fierce Healthcare, Becker's Hospital Review, HIMSS, and Harvard Business Review.Role Overview: Medalogix is in search of an ambitious Senior Product Manager capable of translating customer needs into product updates and features that will drive improvement in care quality. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Product, the ideal candidate will have a good balance of time management, product know-how and commercialization skills. This person will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges of our customers, while strategically and tactfully enacting disruptive change through product development. We are looking for someone who can gain the trust of various internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating in-depthproductknowledge, critical thinking and the ability to problem solve while exhibiting a commitment to great customer engagement.Requirements Be the CEO of your product. Establish and monitor Product Management processes in complex situations, across multiple solutions. Utilize an agile framework to iterate cross-functionally on product roadmaps, facilitate discussions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Know our customers and market inside out. Develop a deep understanding of the business issues surrounding our solutions, industry dynamics, competitors, and customer needs. Be the voice of our customers. Work directly with users to determine the true VOC regarding features and releases that solve unmet market needs. Live and breathe product management. Be an expert at generating epic stories, creating and designing user personas and use-cases, develop quarterly and annual product roadmaps, and design realistic evidence-based user experiences. Understand and translate the why. Create the business case for strategic decisions around a given solution or opportunity, including market, ROI, and commercial analyses. Guideand prioritize productstrategy with the SVP based on company goals. Own our existing products. Embrace ownership of existingproducts, cultivating & managing new ideas, backlog, and dependencies for releases. Communication. Communication of product vision across the organization, with executive leadership and customers. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
