Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!Job Title:Data Analyst - Revenue Cycle (Remote)Cost Center:114060 Rev Integrity Bus AnalysisScheduled Weekly Hours:40Employee Type:RegularWork Shift:Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (United States of America)Job Description:JOB SUMMARYThe Data Analyst - Revenue Cycle provides support for Marshfield Clinic Patient Financial Services, Revenue Integrity and Business Development Administration decision-making and revenue cycle process improvement initiatives through development, preparation and interpretation of operational data.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, information systems or related field experience.Preferred/Optional: Education within systems analysis or cost accounting.EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: One year previous work experience which included use of Microsoft Office suite applications and extensive utilization of formulas, PivotTables, linked worksheets, graphing, and other reporting and presentation features.Preferred/Optional: Two years' experience as data analyst within healthcare or revenue cycle performing reimbursement, productivity, benchmarking, statistical or financial modeling, cost studies and workflow mapping. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Access, relational databases, SQL, business intelligence or data warehouse tools. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
