We are actively hiring for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations! Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals.

Essential responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience and Marketing (CE&M) Division Leadership Team (DLT) team to build a strategic and dynamic roadmap of initiatives and map connection points between departments and across the organization, leading to increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Serve as the Center of Excellence and Quarterback coach for departmental project leads to ensure coordination across projects and implementation of consistent processes, tools and methodologies.
  • Facilitate Customer Experience & Marketing prioritization process by developing and leading the operational and strategic process.
  • Determine appropriate resource allocation and engagement model for each initiative to achieve maximum results, increase overall efficiency, further evolve the division and provide increased opportunity for team growth and development.
  • May represent Customer Experience and Marketing division in strategic organizational initiatives.
  • Lead and maintain a consistent list of process improvements; identifying resources needed to implement.
  • Leads team change management and project management practice in CE&M.
  • What would make us excited about you

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in related area and Masters preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a marketing discipline, preferably marketing operations required.
  • Credentialed or equivalent experience in project management and change management.
  • Strong understanding of systematic prioritization, capacity planning and initiative road-mapping.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong people leader who can build and lead a vision.
