The newly created Software Organization will drive personalized mobility experiences to exceed customer expectations by leveraging technology. Your Role as a leader within the Software Organization, you will be a representative of the product, market and P&L responsibility for Navigation & Driving Experience. Working with cross-functional leadership, you will strengthen the product strategies for the Navigation & Driving Experience and bring cohesion and coordination at the executive level, by identifying missing product features, new and competitive trends and portfolio-level interdependencies. We are looking for a world class product leader and innovator to join our high-performing leadership team to shape the future of the Navigation & Driving Experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Own the Global, Americas, and Asia product strategies and product roadmaps for Navigation & Driving Experience
  • Translate the product strategy vision into action by executing on business case development, competitive analysis, product-market fit, product differentiation, and serve as the voice of the customer
  • Develop the end-to-end product portfolio and roadmap for innovations, ensuring initiatives run smoothly for internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
  • Deliver quantified results to the business using metrics such as P&L, usage growth, user growth, churn rates, product performance, increase in client satisfaction, etc.
  • Leverage customer insights and shape product vision to go from concept to end product
  • Deliver a compelling product experience for customers by collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Brands
  • Create product communication channels between Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc.
  • Understand customer problems and build great product experiences
  • Work directly with end-customers, brands, business partners, marketing, release management, customer experience & channel management, and sales teams to determine priorities
  • Manage the inputs for the agile development process to ensure development is set up for success in meeting delivery schedules
  • Provide input and support to product marketing as needed
  • Determine metrics to track and questions to ask, and identify opportunities based on data to build an executable plan in collaboration with the Engineering team
  • Serve as a thought leader and strategy driver for the team
  • Communicate priorities and status with executives and business partner leadership
  • Provide strategic input on operational framework for the region
  • Lead and grow an amazing team through recruiting, staffing, mentoring, and maintaining & bettering a best-in-class product team that loves the work they do
  • Coach, inspire and mentor product management leadership and team
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Product Management, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering or any other related field
  • 10+ years of experience working in product leadership roles at startups, technology companies or other relevant companies
  • Commitment to building best-in-class customer experience and product performance. You are an equal parts advocate for the customer, the technology, and the business
  • Impeccable integrity, grit, and drive to create groundbreaking products and drive exponential success as part of a high performing team
  • An ability to communicate articulately and engagingly, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external audiences, including public speaking
