Our client is seeking experienced Recruiters to start ASAP. Commission is uncapped and begins from day 1! Our client is not metric based but productivity based and this role is 100% remote. Here, you can create and/or maintain your own style of recruiting and choose which reqs you would like to work on within the US. MUST HAVE:
Bachelors degree 4+ years of Recruiting experience at a staffing firm Recently worked directly for an agency NICE TO HAVE: Telecom or technical recruiting experience DAY TO DAY: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews with the company's clients. You will have access to Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Dice and Monster. Your performance will be based on productivity and goals, not specific metrics.
