As a Director of Enterprise Agile transformation, you will be engaged with both business and technical leaders that are transforming from a traditional software delivery model to an agile delivery model utilizing product-based structure and delivery. The focus of this role will be to lead, guide, and partner with business, agile and technical leaders to identify and execute upon transformation roadmaps. The scope of transformation ranges from individual teams to large programs/ portfolios that cross multiple delivery teams and business segments. This is a unique role where your passion, enthusiasm, and enjoyment in customer facing coaching will be highly valued.


In addition this role will allow you to bring mentorship to employees as we grow and mature the agile organization, and execute on our agile journey

As the ideal candidate you should be experienced in Agile transformation practices across business, operations and technology, as well as Organizational Change Management practices, with a track record of transformation success. You should enjoy close collaboration with team members, be able to guide and influence those team members, while recognizing the unique needs of your partners transformation success. You will also be responsible for advancing the standard enterprise methods, practices and tools as needs emerge, as well as assisting with the identification of changes to the enterprise policies and standard to support agile software delivery.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Positions in this function are involved in the definition, management, and implementation of transformation efforts
  • Focuses on being a change agent to identify transformation opportunities across the enterprise, establishing a transformation roadmap and delivering upon transformation outcomes
  • Positions are transformation specialists with the ability to influence business, operations and technology leaders

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of application development/support experience in a large enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams and/or managing workloads for team members
  • Prior experience leading development and/or support for large, critical applications (preferably on multiple platforms)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher level of education
  • Prior experiences leading/working with distributed team
  • Prior experiences working with recruiting vendors
  • Previous experience managing/working with a remote team of resources including offshore team members
  • Previous budgeting experience
  • Previous Healthcare industry experience

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $110,200 to $211,700.
