Job Description:

DataRobot Demo Engineer

You and Your Challenge

Every day we want to take our demos to the next level. Whether that is in the stories that we tell about our customers, the features that we show, or the integrations we build with our partners. These day-to-day marginal gains are what we believe creates a new standard in world-class demos.

You’ll be a critical part of our new team of demo experts and will work closely with the rest of the GTM Technical Enablement team, especially with our CFDS Enablement experts to build out scalable and repeatable demo systems and assets that the customer-facing teams can then consume. This may include creating integrations and stories between Datarobot and its partnering products and creating/managing tools to help the field teams execute. The real challenge is to do all of this but do it in a way the customer-facing teams can consume and utilize these with the least amount of effort possible.

The impact you’ll have includes:

  • Developing demo flows/stories / integrations that are used across the company

  • Ensuring demo standards are kept to a high standard and maintained

  • Greatly increase the level of demo preparation efficiency and demo quality of the field teams

  • Helping the field teams in creating really tailored demos in a low effort manner

  • Creating integrations/tools that our teams and our partner teams could utilize on a daily basis

  • Being a recognized DataRobot product expert

  • What you might need to succeed:

  • Your passion for AI/ML and the art of world-class demos

  • 5+ years of experience in coding with Java, .NET, or JavaScript

  • 2+ years of experience in scripting with Python

  • 3+ years of experience working on 1 of the big 3 Cloud vendors

  • API-based programming experience

  • Experience creating browser extensions is a plus

  • Experience in working with Snowflake / Databricks / Apache Spark is a plus

  • You have off-the-charts communication skills to bridge the gap between teams

  • DataRobot is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. DataRobot is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and mental disabilities. Please see the United States Department of Labor’s EEO poster and EEO poster supplement for additional information.
