Performs the most complex financial analyses for a wide variety of projects including: business plans, financial analysis, merger and acquisitions data collection and analysis, lease versus buy analysis and various other financial analyses on new products and programs. Reviews past proformas, financial analysis procedures and models to suggest improvements in order that most current data and methodology are employed. Provides leadership, training, and technical work direction to financial analysis staff to ensure all required information is included and analyses are conducted in a thorough manner; will work as an independent program manager, and participates in the annual operating budget process. Support Vice Presidents and senior leadership across the organization, including regional CFO’s. Expected to serve the organization as technical and subject matter expert for areas in which they work. Work with a high level of independence and are expected to provide input and guidance to other members of the Finance team. They are often required to lead projects, develop and implement new methodologies and make recommendations to improve both the business and processes within the Finance team. They lead and work on highly complex projects with large degrees of risk and scope, often serving in the role of project manager. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Financial analysis.
