What to Expect

On a day-to-day basis, businesses can expect to participate in the following activities:
• Inbound calls from pharmacy customers regarding Photo orders and/or inquiries to include but not limited to the following:
• Shipping inquiries
• Photo refunds & resubmittal of orders
• Photo returns
• Processing Photo credits
• Password resets
• Assisting pharmacy customer with other basic inquiries
• Log each transaction into the customer system, must be able to quickly and accurately notate transaction
• Passionately connect, build rapport and brand loyalty with pharmacy customers
• Skilled use of client systems to quickly determine a solution or status

Our opportunities are open to customer service agents across the United States with the exception of agent in CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, and WI. We contract only highly skilled applicants who are able to work independently and are able to provide top notch customer service solutions long-term and on-demand.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better Atom, Celeron, Pentium and Opteron processors are not permitted
  • 20 GB or more of available space 60 GB or more of total space
  • Windows 10
  • Hard-wired connection (no wireless) Minimum 10 mbps download / Minimum 3 mbps upload
  • 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
  • USB headset with microphone (required for Certification)
  • Hard-Wired Broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
