What you will do
As a member of the Talent Team, you will coordinate numerous talent acquisition programs across our locations. You will work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to provide direction and leadership to build a pipeline for emerging talent from universities. You will influence leaders across the organization and you demonstrate strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of an internship program, overseeing and coordinating the program, assigning interns to various departments, and managing the relationship with their supervisors. You will also act as the liaison between Bank of the West and the educational institution. Partnering with the HR Business Partners to understand the needs of future talent, you will shape the evolution, management and execution of a strategic internship program to support and achieve business goals.
