As an Intern, you will gain insight into the Western Union administrative process and developing your skills on an administrative and communications level. You will support the North American Region HR Business Partner team in developing and implementing HR programs to drive business results. Collect and analyze data using HR systems to share insights and trends. You will be required to complete special projects, clarifying project objectives; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information, and engaging all stakeholders in the process.

Whilst you may not have professional work experience, we are looking for you to bring the following general skills to the table:

+ Adept technical skills and willingness to learn new systems/tools; intermediate level of Excel knowledge and Project Management skills are required.

+ Pursing a B.A/B. S Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field.

+ Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data points to discern patterns and trends.

+ Strong communication skills - helps manage expectations, gives real-time feedback, clarifies for alignment and understanding, appreciates other points of view, active listener.

+ Self-starter with the ability to be resourceful, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Confidentiality.
