Remote Technician

Alpha Media - GURNEE, ILis seeking a part-time Remote Technician for upcoming remote broadcasts and events. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule including availability on weeknights and weekends. The Remote Technician is responsible for assisting the Promotions Coordinator with such remotes and events by driving stations vehicles to and from the locations, setting up remote equipment, plus handling set-up/tear-down of tables, chairs and station banners at the location. The position may also necessitate occasional in-office duties. The candidate must have a great personality and be willing to meet and greet listeners and attendees. Often times, there are register to win items on-site which the Remote Technician will be responsible for coordinating. Most on-site remote broadcasts and events will be two hours in length (with some exceptions). It is expected that the Remote Technician will arrive up to one hour in advance of these events in order to ensure proper setup and display.
