A cooking school is in need of a Remote Assistant Registrar.Core Responsibilities Include:Organizing and maintaining the records and registration processes to ensure efficient operations and complianceApplying academic policies and follow procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state and regulatory organizationsCreating and maintaining workflow diagrams, process documentation, and training manuals and storage areasSkills and Requirements Include:Minimum 2-4 years experience in the Office of the Registrar, enrollment services, or student related areasAssociate's Degree from an accredited institutionStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsA proven record of successfully servicing a diverse constituent populationDirect experience with student information systems and supporting technology to deliver registrar functionsAbility to collaborate effectively with departments outside of the Office of the Registrar and with cross-functional teams
