We are recruiting for a well-established business based in Hemel Hempstead that are known across the country for the services they provide, let alone their TV and Radio adverts, they are looking for a Systems Administrator to join their friendly, supportive team.

This is a temporary role for at least the next 2 months, on a rolling basis which could be extended, the role will be remote based mainly, providing you with all the equipment needed to set up from home; although you will need to get into the Hemel Hempstead offices once a week.

The role will involve providing administrative support to one of the company's customer focussed teams and getting involved in a new product/service project.

This would be a great role for someone with prior admin or customer service experience, or even valuable experience for a graduate or entry level candidate wanting some fantastic work experience on their CV with a nationally recognisable company.

The role is temporary, offering weekly pay at £9 per hour plus holiday pay accrual, with a start date within the next 2 to 3 weeks.

What would you be doing day to day:

  • Communicate on email and Microsoft teams with the customer service team to provide updates on the new scheme and gather information.
  • Assist in managing the new scheme inbox, usually meaning investigating 10-15 emails a day and helping resolve a query with the use of the customer service team.
  • Regularly staying in contact with the management team to investigate and resolve any problematic queries, for example a query you've not handled or seen previously or a query that will take longer than 48 hours to resolve.
  • Ensure that all information, queries and resolutions are tracked and logged on the system.
  • Help with the production of a detailed live weekly status report on progress being made in the implementation of this new scheme.

What do we need from you:

  • The ability to work remotely AND either a day or two a week in Hemel
  • Some experience on MS Teams, Excel and other MS packages
  • Any previous office experience is beneficial
  • A good and polite telephone manner
  • A very willing and positive attitude
  • A strong independent worker
  • Able to work in a team and help out/cover when needed
  • Flexible
  • Reliable
