We are currently looking for Finance Officer for a Charity, the position is remote to start 4th October this position is covering long term sick, therefore could be extended after 8 weeks. 28 hours per week preferred working days Tuesday - Friday. Pay £17.17ph .

  • Maintenance / administration of purchase ledger and sales ledger
  • Administration and reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Maintenance of petty cash records / systems
  • Reconciliation and processing of credit card statements
  • Maintenance of fixed asset register
  • Reconciliation of fundraising data with finance records
  • Supporting finance manager with preparation of month end/year end accounts and schedules.

Experience

  • Working with purchase and sales systems
  • Bookkeeping, journal preparation and reconciliation of financial accounts
  • Bank reconciliations, Reconciliation procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft office and excel
