**Sr. Manager, Consumer Inventory Strategy**

at SeatGeek New York, NY or Remote ****As the Sr. Manager, Consumer Inventory Strategy youll be a trusted partner, making an impact by supporting SeatGeek with e-commerce expertise and impactful strategies. Reporting directly to the Director, Inventory Strategy, you are an e-commerce and marketplace expert, passionate about Sports & Live Entertainment, who will help design the long-term C2C strategy to ensure Sellers achieve success and can transact easily on SeatGeek.****

You will be responsible for the management and execution of Consumer inventory initiatives across SeatGeek. You will develop an engaging end-to-end Consumer experience, creatively attack this market through a compelling value proposition, expanding SeatGeeks unique position in the industry.

****What you'll do****

* Develop and deploy an engaging platform, service, and incentives to obtain new C2C sellers.

* Collaborate on the development of the product roadmap for features that enhance the C2C marketplace experience.

* Build partnerships with Rights Holders on potential opportunities to increase value to our mutual C2C sellers.

* Work cross functionally with Product, Risk, and business teams to ensure alignment and maximize business value.

* Analyze opportunity costs for prioritization and planning, balancing user experience and business value.

* Identify systemic gaps and limitations in the platform to unlock value and improve efficiency.

* Take a customer-centric, data-driven approach to evaluate opportunities and define requirements.

* Define and analyze key measures of success.

* Uses outcome driven methodology and data to drive product roadmaps, measured through metrics/KPIs. Deep understanding in A/B testing and optimization.

* Collaborate with multiple teams on multiple projects to set an impactful strategic plan. Then, deliver the plan and realize the forecasted results.

* Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

****What you have****

* 7+ years in Consumer facing e-commerce; (Facebook Marketplace, eBay, StockX, Poshmark, Robinhood or similar C2C marketplace companies candidates a huge plus here).

* Bachelor's degree

* Demonstrate a high business acumen and influence in communications with senior leaders, inducing external and internal stakeholders

* Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and integrity

* Analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented

* BI Tool knowledge- Looker/SQL.
