Gather and analyze data to define deficits in skills and competencies in the marketplace.+ Evaluate resumes and interview candidates to ensure that their skills and abilities meet the requirements for open positions. Maintain resume files for future employment possibilities.+ Conduct phone interviews with qualified candidates.+ Refer qualified candidates for additional interviews and ensure that interviews are conducted as appropriate.+ Analyze interview results, extend job offers as appropriate, and document acceptance/non-acceptance.**Required Skills**+ Associate degree preferred+ Minimum of five years of recruitment experience+ Current/Recent multi-site or multi-state recruiting experience+ Current/Recent experience recruiting in a high volume setting+ Strong knowledge of recruitment and interviewing methods and techniques+ Excellent analytical, organizational, computer, communications, and presentation skills**Required Experience****Join Our Team!**Check out our video to get a glimpse of a day in the life of our Home Health team - Home Health**To learn more, please apply online.
