Position overview: We are currently seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to manage paid media campaigns with our ecommerce partners such as Amazon, Walmart.com and Bestbuy.com. In this position you will manage a budget to purchase media across search, display, video, DSP, retargeting and OTT. The paid media campaigns will encompass the full funnel of the customer experience which starts by driving awareness for the weBoost brand and our solutions of home, vehicle and small business products, and ends with direct transactions on these ecommerce sites. These campaigns will focus on customers within our target market and include prospecting, engagement and retargeting. You should have experience managing $1M+ budgets, campaign testing, tracking and reporting and setting campaign strategy and expected results. This position is key to the continued success of our ecommerce strategy. This position will work with our marketing team in Salt Lake City, Utah, however the position can be fully remote. This position will report to our Director of Ecomm Partner Marketing. A day on the job may include: + Developing an understanding of customer personas and behavior + Launching paid media campaigns to initially target and then retarget engaged customers + Continually monitoring, optimizing and reporting on the performance of paid media campaigns vs. previously set goals + Understanding company goals and strategy, developing plans and providing necessary campaign elements + Working with our Design team to develop creative that appeals to our end users and is appropriate for where they are in the customer funnel + Running continual A/B tests to improve campaign performance + Managing budget and forecasting results from campaigns This job may be for you if you have: + 2-5 years of experience managing B2C ecommerce paid media campaigns + Amazon specific experience managing both ROAS-focused and brand building campaigns with budgets in excess of $1M annually + 2-3 years direct experience managing Search, Display, Video, DSP, Retargeting and OTT advertising on the Amazon platform + An understanding of how to leverage multiple channels to help move customers through the marketing funnel + Experience creating or a strong understanding of test and learn strategies in a direct-to-consumer environment + A solid understanding of Ad campaign metrics, and ability to align those metrics with the goals of the business + Ability to establish goals, set expectations for deliverables and provide clear explanations of actions and results + Strong follow through on deliverables and the ability to manage many different tasks at once + Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills + Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen upon offer of employment.
