Director, Strategic Growth – Partnerships & Profitability - Remote
The Director, Strategic Growth – Partnerships & Profitability, reports to the Vice President, Strategic Growth. The Director, Strategic Growth is responsible for contribution to and executing on the strategy set forward by the VP, Strategic Growth to bring new partners to market for our franchisees and help improve their profitability. The Director's primary responsibility is to develop new partnerships and foster existing ones that drive value for our customers through ancillary business revenue, spend optimization and/or recruiting/retention. They outline the overall partner and business product roadmap, translating business needs into deliverable features, prioritize product needs according to client preferences & strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:
Participate in, and guide the strategic development of new/existing partnerships/business products for the brands in collaboration with the Vice President, Strategic Growth
Own the creation and ongoing management of the roadmap for new/existing brand partnerships/business products – to ensure we are achieving brand level goals and objectives across the core business, title, mortgage, insurance and other adjacent business units
Support and influence the direction of new/existing products and services that the Realogy Strategic Alliances organization is in development of – championing brand level goals and objectives
Develop and manage new/existing business products to help quantify the value of the brand value proposition, and supporting Realogy services for the purposes of franchise sales, renewals, recruiting and retention of existing franchisees and agents
Consult with franchisees and internal stakeholders on revenue generation, cost reduction and compensation or commission planning
Serve as subject matter expert for brands with respect to specific partners and brand business products
Champion Business Product integration and awareness across the Expansion Brands to ensure product visibility and understanding
Collaborate with Realogy data insights and competitive analysis teams to collect and synthesize and report on key data points to better support franchise sales, customer M&A and recruiting efforts
Actively collaborate with the franchise sales team to present product/program package as needed to franchise candidates – both live and live-virtual
Coordinate with VP, Learning to deliver overviews and live/virtual training of product/program offering to franchisees and agents
Attend brand/industry conferences and events as needed to present workshops and training of products/programs
Ability to articulate why utilization of partnerships/business products can increase revenue, profitability, and specific benefits to franchisees/agents
Focus product features and benefits on mid to larger sized companies, including top agents and agent teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred (data analytics, finance or other field)
5+ years real estate/franchising experience
Experience in real estate industry, general knowledge of brokerage business and needs of brokers/agents
Understanding of title, mortgage, insurance, warranty and other satellite services
Mastery of data analysis and visualization products and skills
Strong presentation skills – written and verbal, both live and live-virtual
Strong understanding of and ability to articulate the brand partnerships/business products value proposition
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Travel 25-30%
This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
