Residential Conveyancer (Fully remote working)

A RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER is sought for a fast growing firm with offices in South Wales and the South West. This is a rare opportunity to work fully remotely for a reputable Law Firm who's business and client base are expanding rapidly!

Key criteria:

* Experienced in running own caseload, with ability to delegate & prioritise work amongst a team in order to meet deadlines.

* Demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with complex Residential Property work.

* Exhibits excellent business development skills, with an ability to cross-refer and gain new work.

* Ensures that the department delivers a high-quality service to the firm's clients, maintaining positive business relationships & displaying exceptional client care.

* Comprehensive IT skills, with ability to use data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
