Cloud Program Manager Location: Remote United States With a global remit, our Technical Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. What you’ll achieve As a Cloud Program Manager, you will drive the cross-functional, worldwide core team(s), kicks off programs, establish schedules and drive meetings to deliver a service(s) or solution(s) to external customers. Cross Functional Team members can include Services, Engineering, Pricing, Product Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Global Operations, Finance, etc. You will: Drive the core team to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment/Continuity of Supply, Solution delivery across products & service offerings, and Customer Specific Needs) Develop & manage the offer Lifecycle deliverable document(s), schedules timely executive reviews, and delivers phase exit reviews along with interim updates and track progress, reports status and makes necessary corrections to achieve program objectives Works with core product design team and executives to establish quality and customer experience goals for the program. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 12 years of professional experience in enterprise Program Management, Marketing, or relevant role within the technology industry with a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience with a Master’s Degree or equivalent experience Recent cloud project management experience and performance capabilities including, but not limited to scope, planning, time, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder satisfaction Solid understanding and working knowledge of market requirements documents, business contracts, offer/solution design documentation, process and procedures guides Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously Desirable Requirements Advanced degrees and Project Management Professional Certification Enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations Here’s our story; now tell us yours Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
