Responsibilities

That's Nice, But What's the Job?

This is a unique opportunity to use your automotive knowledge, from the comfort of your own home!

In short, as a Claims Adjuster, you will work with repair shops to validate, approve, and administer payment for diagnostics and repair recommendations for customers who bring their car in with a mechanical problem. Automotive Experience is a must!

In long, you will:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of vehicle repair shop procedures and practices; including labor guides and part prices
• Be comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple programs
• Be comfortable working on the phone - taking inbound/outbound phone calls
• Possess the ability to reason and negotiate while being approachable and adaptable to new ideas
• Be personable to engage with Service Writers and Technicians throughout the country

The Specifics.

• $23/hr up to start, plus occasional OT based on business needs, full benefits after 30 days and work from home - all shifts available.
• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3 + years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics
