Position Description

:

FNTS is expanding its Solutions Sales Team. We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional to join the Sales Team as a Managed Services Sales Representative.

The ideal candidate that we are seeking will have experience selling technology solutions across different product lines (e.g. data center, cloud, resiliency, networking, IT strategy, and managed services).

In this role, you will cultivate new business to help generate new opportunities. The ability to develop pursuit strategies and support new business opportunities, which include defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, formulating potential solutions based on client requirements are key functions to this role.

Key Accountabilities:

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Demonstrate experience in selling and closing, large, complex, cross brand transformational solutions, driving end-to-end solutions which cross individual special product lines
  • Engage directly with IT and C-level executives to understand their key challenges and initiatives and be able to map the right IBM solutions to their business requirements
  • Lead cross discipline teams towards a common vision while operating effectively in a cross organizational high matrixed environment.
  • Consistently deliver on assigned Signings, Revenue and Profit
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • In lieu of Bachelor's degree, may accept four (4) years of equivalent Technology Solutions Sales experience
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Technology Solutions Sales related to at least one of the following: cloud, data center, resiliency, networking, IT strategy, and managed services required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in managing an open territory to drive new sales required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in C-Level Relationships required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in influencing, motivating and teaming within a highly matrixed business environment required
  • Additional Qualifications:

  • Readiness to travel 25% of time in role on annual basis
  • English language fluency
  • Compensation:

    Compensation range (base pay): $75,318.00-$120,744.00IMPORTANT - This range is for the primary posting location of: Work at Home - Nebraska

    Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
