Fresenius Medical Care (the Global Leader in Kidney Care) is seeking 5 Talent Acquisition Sourcing Leads to join our Best-In-Class TA team and focus on Sourcing Vital Talent for our 2,500 Kidney Dialysis Clinics.


PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Reporting to a Senior level Talent Acquisition Leader, the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead is a seasoned talent acquisition professional who will define and enhance the sourcing capability within the TA function by developing innovative strategies to identify and attract talent across FMCNA for a variety of markets and roles. 


PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will be the internal expert responsible for directing and executing sourcing strategies, tools, methodologies and practices to source candidates for overall TA Team as well as assist in enabling overall TA team members to improve their own direct sourcing expertise. 
  • The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead will be responsible for enhancing the sourcing capability to build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead will partner with the Talent Acquisition Managers to determine pipeline needs and monitor pipeline health, leading sourcing efforts to strengthen deficient pipelines. Will be responsible for leading strategic talent pipelining projects focused on filling critical skill / gap areas within the business to attract and engage talent for key positions. 
  • Will define action plans to maintain qualified candidate pipelines which will be readily available to deliver against immediate priorities, future needs, and business critical positions routinely filled throughout the year.
  • Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information to compliment an effective search process while ensuring the team is effectively leveraging all available sourcing options such as deep web searches, social media, databases, networking, internet, job boards, and cold calling. 
  • Will be responsible for the effective utilization of tools/resources available to the talent acquisition department, including, but not limited to CRM, ATS, and other internet-based tools/resources.
  • Partner with TA Operations to help identify new vendor solutions that can enhance our sourcing tools portfolio. Collaborate with TA Operations to ensure passive and active candidate sourcing and outreach adheres to our Employee Value Proposition and branding guidelines.


EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable

 

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5 – 8 years’ related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 6 years of recruiting or candidate sourcing experience delivering end-to-end sourcing services including passive candidate sourcing for open roles, market mapping and creating/maintaining talent pools.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting-based websites, applicant tracking systems and creative sourcing techniques including candidate identification using Boolean/internet searching techniques.
