UX Engineer - Preston (Semi Remote) - £35K to £40K

We culture curiosity and experimentation and we're looking for an experienced, talented UX
Engineer to join our Engineering team. Our products are for everyone, and so is our workplace so it's important for us to empathize with our customers and to build innovative
products that best serve their needs.

With research, product development, UI/UX design, engineering, and marketing all collaborating
in one organization, we're able to quickly create meaningful features and services for our
customers. We achieve this by truly understanding the needs of our users, and by innovating
solutions to solve real problems for them.

We give you the opportunity to grow, have fun, and do your best work. We are a champion of
self-development and allocate up to 3 hours a week training, staying up to date with the latest

*Be a technical leader for UX Engineering, helping to shape the team
*Use opportunities to identify, learn and implement emerging technologies and frameworks
*Contribute to Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
*Passion to continue learning and self-development

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience
*Experience building, testing and deploying products into production environments

*An understanding of front-end task runners such as Gulp or Grunt
