**Training Content Product Owner - Remote, Full Time****Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time****Summary:**Our Client, a leader in advanced wargame cyber simulations, is expanding its training content architecture and development team to meet growing customer demand for real-world attack/counter-attack exercises and skills labs.We are looking for a Product Owner to help shape the future of realistic environments used for cyber security testing, training, assessments, and tool development as part of Training Content team. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, connecting with users, owning the backlog, generating user stories, and iterating on definition and refinement. Our Product Owners work closely with product managers, designers, content developers, and software engineers to drive product definition, implement iterative improvements, and execute product deliveries.Our Training Content team is fully remote and geographically dispersed across the US, with the option to work in-person at our Boston headquarters. Product Owner candidates should have experience working with remote engineering teams leveraging remote collaboration tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, Miro, JIRA, and Google docs.**Requirements:**+ Own the roadmap and feature list for the Training Content product line based on the overall product roadmap.+ Understand and communicate the customer requirements, needs, and expectations for Training Content as part of the Workforce management solutions.+ Represent customer and stakeholder problems and needs for training content to the development team.+ Communicate long term development roadmap to design and development teams.+ Translate high level requirements into products and product features.+ Break product content and training modules into value-based user stories and a story map.+ Prioritize the backlog of user stories, development tasks and bug fixes.+ Work closely with a passionate team of software developers and designers.+ Ensure requirements, roadmaps, user stories, and priorities are validated and realistic.**Scrum Background:**+ At least two years of Agile product management experience.+ A good understanding of Agile principles.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.+ A strong sense of pride in crafting well-written and clear user stories and specifications.+ Ability to be a highly motivated self-starter that is accepting of other perspectives and operates effectively in a team.+ Scrum Product Owner Certification desired, but not required.**Technical Background:**+ A working knowledge and one year experience in Cyber Security or Information Security.+ Knowledge of the cybersecurity curriculum development process.+ Broad knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices.+ Experience with hands-on labs as a learning technique.If you are interested in this role, then please feel free to reach out directly to: **** or **Why Kelly** **®** **?**By partnering with Kelly® Technology, you'll have direct connections to top companies around the globe-giving you the chance to put your tech skills to work on some of today's most intriguing, innovative, and high-visibility projects.
