Who We Need

Responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Kepro’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing day-to-day operational decisions and acting as the primary liaison and decision maker within the department and with our customer base. The Program Director assists in the strategic development and growth of the company’s EAP services and driving customer satisfaction.

This role is critical to ensuring that assigned contract functions are performed to the highest standard, strengthens the relationship with external customers and meets contract requirements/deliverables. The Director collaborates with other program leaders and management teams to improve processes; determines training needs and improvement opportunities; and assists in budget review and management.

What You’ll Do
  • Effectively directs program through objectives and goals assigned for contract compliance.
  • Collaborates with program leaders, including client stakeholders, management teams, and corporate support teams to improve processes, determine training needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Manages vendor partners in the delivery of EAP wrap around services.
  • Assists in budget review and management.
  • Develops partnerships with clients to ensure we are effectively meeting the needs of each of our contracts.
  • Provides leadership and supervision to staff assigned to the program, including 24/7/365 operation teams, account management team, network relations, provider training/education, consumer training/education, data collection and reporting to ensure compliance with Kepro and/or client standards.
  • Works with management and corporate team for the enhancement of our RFP responses, new RFP cycles and related new business.
  • Oversees budget review and analysis to ensure the financial success of the program.
  • Assesses all systems, including contract, policy and procedure, workflow, etc., continually to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with management team to create an organizational structure that will ensure effective processes and work designs.
  • Assists in determining development opportunities for staff and teams.

What You’ll Need
  • Master’s degree within behavioral health field and licensure at the independent level.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and management.
  • EAP/Healthcare experience strongly desired
  • Experience within Employee Assistance and Work Life field.
  • Knowledge of best practice in EAP/healthcare operations.
  • Knowledge of metrics, productivity measures and reporting.
  • Knowledge of contract development and implementation.
  • Budget and financial skills.
  • Able to lead and mange direct reports to achieve contract deliverables.
  • Aptitude for systems planning and prioritization of tasks
  • Competent communication skills (written and verbal and listening); uses appropriate interpersonal skills with variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide supervision to staff that ensures excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and supervision to meet contract deliverables for all operations
  • Provide data analysis and reporting that meets the contractor’s goals of quality care and cost effectiveness in a timely manner.
  • Provide consultation to contractor on system and policy issues.
