Job DescriptionSUMMARY:As a Product Manager at Realogy, you willhelp shape the strategyto grow a product and its userbase. You will work closely with technical functions,UX,brand operators,and third-party vendors to ensure that value is being provided to our customer baseofreal estate brokers. You will define the why, what, and when of the product that will be built by internal or external engineering teams.You will work as an individual contributor that has high impact across the organization by driving a cross functional,nimble team forward to realize large-scaleproductsthat are core to Realogy's strategic initiatives.What you'll do:Define product roadmaps, work with engineering to build the products and coordinate across internal stakeholders Serve as a thought leaderfor your productarea, balancingbetween an intuitive customer experience andthebenefits ofan open ecosystem.Influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization and have an immediate positive impact on our users Coordinate product activities from vision to implementationWork with stakeholders to prioritize the roadmapDrive usability studies, intuitive navigation, and dive deep into data to gain customer insightsBe a champion of voice-of-customer, leveraging research and analytics to make data-informed decisions.What you'll need to succeed:Excellent communication skills -Present to small and large groups of colleagues, sales associates, vendors, and company executives - explaining what the product is about and why it is important.Strong time management skills - to support multiple products and assignmentsTrack record of creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new productsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance prioritiesExperience in reviewing technical solution design and evaluation to ensure it meets business requirements andlong-termproduct goals.Experience working with multiple vendors, technical teams (internal and offshore teams)Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience managing resources across different functions of an organization Reputation for being a collaborative thought partner and business leader, skilled at establishing formal and informal networks within the companyComfort operating in a highly matrixed organization that relies on building support in other groups and the ability to influence through others, deliver results, and earn trust quickly of the organization and stakeholdersYou should have:Product passion - Have a love and respect for good products, no matter where they come from and live to create them.Customer empathy - Ability to empathize with our target market.
