As an Exchange Capability & Implementation Test lead you'll work closely with key Business and IT stakeholders to lead capability testing and readiness implementation testing oversight to the Exchange Program. This will include partnering with UAT test leads, cross functional teams and cross-application coordination for strategic capabilities, as well as general implementation and renewal implementation testing readiness. You'll create and manage a program level testing readiness plan, provide Exchange program level leadership with testing status reporting and appropriate escalation management as needed.

In this role, key will be establishing lasting relationships with relevant business partners for strategic alignment, managing multiple capability testing timelines in an Agile environment. You'll drive engagement with technology or operations on testing plans and requirements and approach for desired business outcome.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with testing consultant team and UAT leads to refine and implement Exchange Program UAT & Readiness test strategy including roadmap, tools, frameworks & approaches across projects
  • Create and manage ongoing Strategic Capability testing and annual Readiness testing plan.
  • Provide cross team and application coordination of Exchange readiness testing; partnering with Value Stream Engineers and Product managers on various cross application impacts and alignment.
  • Provide cross team testing status reporting to leadership and the project management office (PMO);
  • Collaborate with the Business, Product, IT and Engineering teams to determine the scope and needs of our implementation testing strategies.
  • Drive optimizations in various test processes to ensure product quality and keeping cost at a minimum
  • Serve as first point of escalation for procedural and technical issues and coach staff regarding how to effectively resolve the issue.
  • Provide consulting and insights to Capability Managers on testing and acceptance criteria or cross application input and support to finalize high-level capability testing plans

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of User Acceptance Testing experience or similar testing background
  • Ability to develop and manage cross functional complex testing plans and timelines
  • Experience influencing and motivating matrix teams using communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines using solid analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Exposure working in a matrix environment with ability to bridge business and IT testing concepts
  • Experience communicating complex issues to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Agile methodology and environment and prior testing oversight role
  • Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders

Soft Skills:

  • Solid working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to develop strong networks and ensure collaboration and consensus building
  • An ability to communicate complex issues to diverse audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently as well as with a team

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
